LIONS MANE

Lions Mane is a bright white & dense mushroom that has elongated spines that grow like ice sickles. It is slightly sweet & savory in flavor, similar to crab or lobster, and has the flaky texture of crab meat. This makes for a fantastic seafood replacement like faux "crab cakes".
