KING BLUE

Our King Blue Oyster is bred by Andrew at Mossy Creek Mushrooms and is a cross between Elm and Blue Oyster, not King! It boasts a beautiful blue cap, especially when young, with a meaty and tender white stem. The King Blue has a longer shelf life than many of the other oyster variaties we cultivate.
